Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to assist with a replacement or store credit.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
✘ Opened or used products
✘ Custom or personalized items
✘ Gift cards and promotional items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us by phones at (973) 687-5513 within 24 hours of delivery. Provide a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
✔ Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
✔ Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
✔ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
